I found my now fiance of over 8 years when I was a little older than you. I was basically home-schooled through high school and had no friends at all so I literally had no social life until I met my boyfriend. I know this is probably horrible advice, but I would hook up with a guy who can pick you up instead of depending on rides. If your parents don't like it, oh well. Mine didn't like it when I did it but I still turned out all right. lol That hopelessness sounds like how I was around your age.
